New blog again?!

I like to divide my blogs up according to their purposes. For this blog, my main goal is to follow in the footsteps of positive psychology, inspired by FiveMinuteJournal.com. The best thing? It only takes 5 minutes, but it helps to do a lot for a person's psyche. Join me too if you are inspired!

I'll see if doing this online is better, otherwise i might just migrate them all into an offline book.
