- I am grateful to have made all my wonderful friends in army. I was so honored that they wanted to meet me a few times before I left for Australia - Apparently they didn't want me to feel isolated from Singapore. Such good-will! I'm so grateful to know caring friends like that. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to connect with them on a deeper level when we went through the Escape room today. We were really clumsy throughout the escape but I felt like a hidden part of our brotherly camaraderie just sprang open. It taught me that when humans have a common goal, something beautiful opens up there. However, when goals are not common, humans then show their ugly side - but that's not really ugly - just a momentary loss of genuine nature. But if you see it in the way that suffering helps to point out the right way... then this ugly side itself can also be appreciated.
- I am grateful to have fulfilled my duty as a brother. My sister was stranded at home because of the rain but had to get to work. I then drove her to the CC and she got there at least 10 minutes ahead of time. Sometimes the little things we do in life can set forth happiness in others in a domino effect... and I'm sure she spread her happiness to her little students too.
- I am so grateful for the masters who have taken so much time to devote their wisdom to all kinds of fields. Especially the book on Medicine and Compassion - I read up on the many ways of application of Tibetan medicine, and how compassion was crucial in its application, and I realized that Western medicine is crucially lacking this part in its doctors. It's pointing out a flaw in Western medicine, and I hope that I can fill this gap and teach the world's doctors how to find true compassion within themselves - and being such a crucial link in so many people's lives, this would really help doctors spread more happiness to others.

I will experiment with just 3 gratitude tokens everyday, and express whatever else I am feeling or thinking about.
